Community developer doing work to generate new Medford apartment complex

MEDFORD, Ore. —A new apartment complicated is on the increase in downtown Medford. A area developer is doing work with the Medford Urban Renewal Agency to make it occur.
MURA owns the property situated at South Holly Avenue and West 8th Street. It’s selling the space to nearby developer Laz Ayala for $235,000.
Ayala hopes to develop a 3 tale, 60 unit apartment making.
“I feel that this will deal with the housing requirements for individuals that are living, work and even recreate in the downtown place,” claimed Ayala.
He says is awaiting acceptance from the city. He hopes to crack ground on the task as before long as July or August.
