the property is designed up of a sequence of spaces that have stunning variations in height. when organizing the new condominium, DG estudio resolved to set up the distinct functions according to these height improvements. the center of the flooring approach – exactly where there is a double-top ceiling peak that slopes down to the front elevation – is now a massive, open up-prepare kitchen, eating and living spot, which opens out to a terrace. described as the ‘day area’, this voluminous space denotes the most essential aspect of the property.
a huge, modular multistrux bookcase, created in 1961 by spanish business multimueble, presides more than the residing location. the guides and individual objects that inhabit the home turn into the protagonists of this big room, merged with terracotta-colored ground tiles and wood household furniture. the program of the residence also has a bed room, an office space, and shower home.
