The male who shot and wounded a Houston Police Department officer early Saturday early morning seemingly died of suicide soon after a standoff with SWAT officers at a southeast Houston condominium intricate, in accordance to HPD.
The officer was dispatched to 12801 Roydon Generate all around 2:11 a.m. where by there were stories of another person capturing a gun, authorities additional.
“As he arrived he could hear gunshots coming from within the residences. He got on the radio and asked for backup,” HPD Chief Troy Finner said. “As he was hunting for in which the pictures were coming from the suspect fired upon him and he was struck in the legs.”
