The West Des Moines Police Department is investigating a kidnapping right after they said a guy held a woman in opposition to her will in an condominium. At about 9 p.m. Saturday, West Des Moines police described to the Kum & Go on Eighth Street right after a female was proclaiming to have been kidnapped and held versus her will at a West Des Moines apartment.
