Developer Hines has marketed a portion of its substantial new Victory Park condominium tower.

The 40-story Victor apartment substantial-increase is the most recent addition to Dallas’ Victory Park neighborhood on the northwest edge of downtown.

The 344-unit household tower features about 10,000 square ft of retail place at the corner of Victory Park Lane.

Hines has transferred the retail part of the challenge to North Carolina-centered Asana Companions, county deed documents exhibit. Possession of the retail place condominium was transferred to Asana by the Hines firm that owns the Victor.

Asana already owns most of the retail room in the 75-acre Victory Park growth.

Construction continues at The Victor, an apartment tower next to American Airlines Center in Victory Park.

In 2019, Asana obtained more than 421,000 square feet of office environment and retail area in Victory Park from longtime proprietor Estein United states. Asana also purchased retail house lining Victory Park Lane concerning Olive and Lamar streets.
