NEW YORK — The grotesque death of a 9-yr-previous Brooklyn girl has been deemed a homicide by the health-related examiner’s place of work.
Her mother Shemene Cato, 48, faces a host of costs, which includes murder, manslaughter, assault, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal possession of a weapon.
Neighbors CBS2’s Natalie Duddridge spoke to are incredibly upset, and notify her they would normally see the youthful girl and her sister at the window of their fourth flooring condominium, and said the ladies ended up extremely polite.
But citizens also tell Duddridge some of the Cato’s conduct was alarming.
