Orangeburg County is negotiating the purchase of the rear or the parking large amount portion and or the previous hair salon constructing at 1520 Russell St.

Orangeburg County Administrator Harold Youthful Monday explained to County Council customers that the county is buying the property to go together with other houses it has purchased adjacent to home the city owns. The property’s purchase cost will be $325,000.
